CBTL!" to promote the friendly, no sass, relatable  customer experience of the everyday patrons. </p><p>Feasibility: Relatively easy with the plethora of social media platforms available </p><p>Desirability: Works well with the social media literate crowd from young to old</p><p>Viability: Content needs to be updated regularly and good to tie in with other promotions or offers or new menu etc. </p>]]></description>

This can be part of certain group of working adults desire for coffee. </strong></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Viability: Yes, since it is already at certain stage(matured kind). This can be an attraction to consumer and if the product have different range suited for different people with different taste bud.          <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Alysia</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>Idea: Create a one-day interactive pop up booth @ Orchard (or any other CBD area) where participants get a  free OR discounted drink of their choice IF they follow Coffee Bean &amp; play the pop up booth games</p><p><br/></p><p>Pop up booth games:</p><p>1) Guess The Flavour: Try 3 different Coffee Bean flavours and predict which is which</p><p>2) Spin The Wheel: Spin The Wheel</p><p>- Participants do a trending Tiktok on CoffeeBean's account, sing CoffeeBean's theme song, draw CoffeeBean logo or do a quick 5-question test on CoffeeBean's outlets/history </p><p>- Participants win a free OR discounted special code on CoffeeBean's app </p><p><br/></p><p>-&gt; Only customers who participate in the booth can receive the special code</p><p><br/></p><p>-ALTERNATIVELY Participants win CoffeeBean merch</p><p><br/></p><p>EXTRA:</p><p>There will also be free samples at the pop-up booth!</p><p><br/></p><p>Feasibility: There are ALWAYS pop up booths in Orchard almost every week, whether it is to give out free makeup samples, free icecream, free flowers etc. And there are many Coffee Bean outlets in Orchard, thus making it more convenient for customers to go to the outlets too</p><p><br/></p><p>Desirability: High as there are many people walking at Orchard everyday and night. Also, Singaporeans love freebies/discounts and having fun in a pop up booth without having to pay entry fee</p><p><br/></p><p>Viability: There will need to be constant pre-event marketing materials on social media and Telegram channels like ConfirmGood to attract Singaporeans to come down to the booth</p><p><br/></p><p>And CoffeeBean is rather successful and known so I believe they have the budget and manpower for this. If not, they can also hire temporary part timers for the pop-up booth to help out in games.</p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Allan</p><p><br/></p><p>Idea: Create a family bonding event where customers can learn how to make coffee using recipes from coffee bean. They can host a mini competition where best latte art wins and they get a free drink coupon from coffee bean. However, only customers who sign up to the loyalty program can participate in this event. </p><p><br/></p><p>Feasibility: Since this is a family friendly event, there is not much capital needed in hosting this event as they could just use part timers and full timers to teach the coffee making process since they have experience already. </p><p><br/></p><p>Desirability: This is a great way for families to bond with each other, especially with kids. There will be alot of activities when it comes to making different coffees, hence it will be very interactive and engaging.</p><p><br/></p><p>Viability: The space needed could be requested by Community centres which could be free or may come at a small price. Nevertheless, it is still more efficient compared to booking a private area or in the mall where they need to pay huge rental fees. </p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
