Fashion Designer

Fashion Designer can earn a Bachelor's degree in fashion designing. Or have a double degree in business, merchandising and marketing can allow one to start their own business. This degree allows one to have sewing, pattern making skills, use of colors, textiles and learn about upcoming trends.

The suitable candidate should possess a sound education and 3 years' experience in similar capacity in reputed garment factory or at least 3 years' experience in charge position.

There are some key qualities that you need if you want to become a fashion designer such as artistic ability, communication skills, Computer skills, Creativity, Decision - making skills, Detail oriented.

To become a merchandiser, you need to have such certificates, appropriate skills and responsibilities that make you be suitable for this job.

Next, I think it is necessary to have a place to put aomethings like materials, tools, buttons, needle and other machine and equipment control within easy the reach of workers. This is essential because it helps them operate easily, convenient to use tools. Avoid having to go far or reaching places higher or lower than them to get things.

I strongly recommend provide labeled boxes for each sewing machine and workbench a trash bag for workers to easy worrk. The company needs to supply some small boxes for needles, buttons, thread and other tolls. Avoid dropping things on the floor, unfortunately someone stepping on it will cause injury. So. That is the three most important suggestions for improving working conditions.

Firstly, the color of the fabric is different from the spec sheet so you should work with the supplier to place a new order.

secondly, the pocket of the spec sheet is on the right of garment with flap, but it is on the left side of the sample. Moreover, you need to add label attached inside the garment by 4cm below collorseam.

thirdly, there are six buttons in the spec sheet but there're only 5 in the sample.

finally, there appears to be a problem with the sleeve length. in the spec sheet it's 63,7cm but it's 60.7cm so you need to take it out by 3cm.

I have sent the comment back to the prototype development and hope that they'll revise it soon to send our customer for approval.

thirdly, The neck width from HPS to HPS of the spec sheet is 8'' but it's 8'' of the sample, so you need to take it in by 2 3/8''.

finally, there appears to be a problem with the waist. in the spec sheet it's 17'' but it's 24'' in the sample so you need to take it in by 7''.

Second, dress for the job properly is very important. You can wear suits for men and skirts with shirt or dark trousers for women.

Finally, it is the most important, you need to prepare and practice examples of interview question.
