Creating entrepreneurship opportunities for individuals may help.

I really agree with the types of jobs and understanding you bring to the table.  One issue is accessible jobs have been out of reach to minorities for many reasons, outright discrimination and historic lack of support (education, training, resources).  How to we prioritize accessible jobs for individuals that have been historically left out of tradeable industries and may not be able to break-in due to lack of resources.
