In today's discussion, I have learned about the importance of knowing the different intelligences that each learner has. It is important for us as a future Speducator to acknowledge the different intelligences to be able to help them learn and nurture their skills and abilities. Differences hinders learning and by being able to accommodate these challenges, we will be helping these students as well. Every students learn differently, and as a teacher we have to adjust according to their needs. We don't need to teach each of them separately, rather we have to become innovative and incorporate each learning styles and intelligences to create a more fun and knowledgeable classroom engagement.

I have learned that as a future educator, we might embrace and understand the diversity inside the classroom. Understand the learners of how s/he is able to learn or what sense did a learner learn, so we may put the VAK learning styles, but then this could also be possible in applying some activities in which their intelligences may activate. And eventually as an educator we must not forget the atypical children's needs in learning so... I have learned the struggles of the students and teachers. It is not easy to be a student with disabilities. However, if there is a right person to make the life of students with disabilities easy; Special Education teacher is the key to promote the inclusitivity. Even teachers have their own struggles like bombarded of paperworks, do not have much time,etc. but then sped educators are willing to take in to help the students with additional needs. Also, I have learned the Multiple intelligence tests that defines the students type of intellectual ability. This is a guide for students and also for teachers to know the type of assessments to be involved, provide for them to improved more the students weaknesses and strengths when it comes in their capabilities and abilities.

I learned from the discussion that there are numerous things a teacher can do to assist their students with special needs in developing and reaching their full potential. I have learned the ways in which we can help nurture the potential of these learners. You must first understand and become familiar with the characteristics of students with special needs and know that they are capable of learning. To know how to best help them, we, as future special teachers, must first learn their characteristics. Because different characteristics mean different needs, different learning potentials, and different learning limitations, we must also plan appropriate interventions for them to help them learn, achieve more, and develop their full potential. I have also learned that being a special education teacher is really never easy, but if you have the dedication to helping them reach their full potential, I know that you will be able to help them reach their full potential.

What I learned today is very essential part in becoming a future SPED Educator. I learned that it is very important for us to know the different classroom methods and strategies in order for us to give encouragement and support to our students. Today's lesson, made us enlightened about the importance of inclusion and empowerment for students with special needs. It is very essential for us to acknowledge their strength, weaknesses, skills, talents and other abilities for us to be able to give them constructive and positive feedback that would make them strive for more and develop their full potential. Although, in reality, it is challenging to deal with. Lesson 3 of Module 1 is all about students with special needs. It helps me better understand the characteristics of many learners with special needs. I now know that there are two categories for children with exceptionalities: the ability group and the disability group. My perspective has been expanded by the realization that not all children with exceptionalities are disabled; some also possess abilities like leadership. As future educators, it is our responsibility to support them through teaching, to take on new challenges, and to provide them chances to work harder and do their best. Being a educator plays a crucial role in society, therefore it's important to remember that our profession exists to help children, especially those with special needs. Do not hate them instead Show appreciation to them because they are still human made by God to be in this world.

In the discussion, I learned that it is very essential to learn the various disability of a students since this may be one of the causes of their learning hindrances. However, despite their disability, teacher should always be reminded that their disabilities is not a barrier for them to learn, teachers should help nurture the students potential, skills and talents since despite their disability they still have a strengths and abilities that is beyond average and normal. And as a future educator, I will carry this understanding and knowledge I gained today to remind myself that ALL learners have ability to learn despite their disabilities. This learning will serve as my conscience to not easily judge learners just because they are slow learners or they have disabilities. I've learned from the discussion that every child is unique, whether or not they are typical. We must therefore take into account their needs as students. This also applies to students who have special needs. I know these students need more encouragement, especially as they approach each learning milestone. Additionally, schools ought to be more inclusive regarding both the physical environment and the methods teachers use to impart knowledge. This encourages special needs students to be more enthusiastic about learning. Because each of them has potential, we must encourage and never stop trying as teachers.

Some students may learn slowly, but I think they can still improve if we provide them assistance and care for their needs while they go through the learning process. Teachers must remember that each student is different and should be supported in their learning process by providing for all of their needs when we plan our lessons.

First and foremost, the module has helped me to refresh my knowledge since I choose to pursue an education degree. The lessons in this module are quite familiar to me because some of them have previously been covered in prior subjects. With a little basic knowledge of the subject, I easily catch up to the lesson and reflect. As an aspiring teacher, this module will assist me in recognizing the strengths and weaknesses of my future students. From what I know in the discussion, I learned that education or teaching should have no boundaries on who you teach, especially those who wants to learn but doesn't have the means to. As a future educator you shouldn't choose who you teach, instead improve yourself in order for you to teach efficiently. Also, take time to really get to know your student's so that you can properly teach them and be a successful learner. And hopefully, inclusive education can apply to every school or to those school that has the means and capacity to do so.

I've learned that even if the learners has a disability they are still capable of learning. There may be challenges as an educator but when you truly wanted to teach and also accommodate them, it will be easy for you knowing that its the best for them. As a future educator, it may take a lot of patience to teach and it is indeed challenging yet I know that all of this is worth it.

In Module 1 Lesson 3, it is about learners with special educational needs. In the discussion of the group, there are a lot of learnings that made me realize and learn that teaching does not measure up to what type of learners you have, and it's not also about the boundaries, but it's about how a teacher will be able to deliver and teach every learner they have, regardless of disabilities. I've also learned that by accepting learners with special educational needs and giving them chances will surely nurture their hidden potential and talents if we accommodate them accordingly based on their needs.

As a future SPED teacher I could apply this one, first and foremost by having enough knowledge handling students with educational needs. Additionally, considering the areas where my learners are good at, I as their teacher I will support them in way that they could gain confidence within their selves and also more specifically by providing them instructional and learning materials. Lastly, I know that taking this career will take a lot of patience and will exert more efforts yet I know that by the end it'll be worth it and fulfilling for my part to be able to accommodate them.

Special Education can indeed be a very challenging field, it requires tantamount passion and perseverance. I am glad to be taking up this course and got to learn our lesson for today.

One thing I've learned is that a learner will always be a learner regardless of being typical or atypical, and it is the sole duty of a teacher to accommodate them in every way possible. There should be an immense sense of inclusivity within the teacher which may become his or her motivational drive to provide appropriate education for every learner that they may encounter.

This quote I read from social media made me realized a lot of things and it's living in my head rent free. As a student of Bachelor of Special Needs Education, who's not seeing herself being in this field, reflected that she have a purpose why she was put in here.

Because of this lesson, I've known my purpose. I learned that I should keep going because one of these days, I will be the one to empower students with special needs. There may be a lot of struggles but helping them first hand is better than anybody. Teaching them things and seeing them learning is more than fulfilling, and so as a future speducator, I will do everything to let people see the possibilities in them and prove that they are more than their disability.

It is essential for us as a future educator that we will give them the value, the love, the support, and fulfill their needs. According to Chris Burke, "It's not our disabilities, it's our abilities that count. We believed that each child is unique, It is very challenging to us as a future teacher to change their unusual behaviors and it needs an in-depth understanding and appreciation just to provide their special educational needs.

As a future educator, from all of those disabilities, we must nurture the potentials of learners with special needs we must Identify and accept the challenges where we teachers understand their situation so that they can learn from us.
