         <description><![CDATA[<div>The preparation of my cooking was to starts with the main protein which fish but before was to make sure that my station was clean before starting anything. After start preparing the fish. My dish flavor wasn't as nice as had too much pesto on the plate the fish had really great texture and colors the main color on the plates was green which had strong color for my presentation for plates was try classic. My performed overall was great had the fish cook just right and the plating style works and used different ingredients and could have used more. The fish went well was fried and finish in the oven . one thing that went wrong was could have used different color plates and least pesto. One of thing would have like to do differently the pesto design maybe use a spoon a go-around with plate skills that I need to develop are use more ingredient and have a better lock of plating style with color.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My preparation of cooking was to start with the fish, I removed the insides of the fish and I also scaled the fish but I forgot to fillet the fish, after working on the fish I placed it in the fridge for a few minutes and cleaned and sanitized my area, after cleaning up I started working on my salad leafs and chopping chives and shallots and parsley, when I chopped everything I then took the fish back and started frying it , I wanted to finish cooking it in the oven but that didn’t do as planned so I had to finish cooking it in the pan. After cooking the fish I then fried my shallots. When I finished cooking everything I then had to plate the food, my plating was okay and creative but the problem was we couldn’t see the fish because I placed too much salad leaves on it and the other problem from my plating was that I did the same design on the plates which really wasn’t too creative so next time I should make two different plating designs.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div> started with cleaning my station and after preparing chicken into portion size. First had to dry it and season it after pan-fried with a little bit of oil and have the chicken golden brown and let finish in the oven. Had to bring all the ingredient together. As for the lamb had when spicy on it with lemon touch help to bring all favorite together. My performed overall was great was on time and the chicken turned out to great with some piece breaking. As for the lamb, the couscous helps the lamb with the favorite. The thing that went wrong was spicy wasn't enough and could have used more salt and pepper. One thing would have likely to do would behave the sauce lease thinker there some additional would have help lemon and zest.</div>]]></description>
