I've also struggled with ADHD my whole life and my academic career has taken blows because of it. With a lack of focus, an all or nothing motivation and a poor sense of time. It's something that affects me everyday.

Anxiety

As someone with ADHD, I also struggle with anxiety. This combined with ADHD can lead me to sometimes experiencing executive disfunction, feeling overwhelmed in what order to perform tasks and choice paralysis.
