Question: These days more fathers stay at home and take care of their children while mothers go out to work. What could be the reasons for this? Do you think it is a positive or a negative development?

With socio-economic development, breadwinner fathers and stay-at-home mothers are on the decline. There are many causes behind this trend, and in my opinion, this could be considered a positive change rather than a negative one.

With the changes in social belief, more parents send their daughters for higher studies instead of preparing them for getting married, which enhances the capable and educated women's workforce. In many fields, for example, telemarketing, teaching, fashion design, and banking, women are doing better than men, and this has created a demand for female employees in the job market. The equal rights movement has had a great impact on empowering women, and it has become quite normal for mothers to work at offices while the fathers decide to stay at home to take care of their children. This decision is often based on mutual understanding between the couples, and the one who has the higher earning potential decides to work to support the family's increasing expenses. This has been socially accepted in most of the developed countries, though some developing countries in Asia have yet to completely accept this trend.

Personally, I think this change in a father’s and mother’s traditional roles could have many benefits. Firstly, in many cases, mothers have better qualifications and job opportunities than their partners, so it seems more sensible for them to go out to work. Secondly, if fathers stay at home and look after children, it will become an important contribution to their children's upbringing, which could play a vital role in their future when they become teenagers and face problems that would be hard for mothers to handle. For example, it is rare to find boys or girls who have a close relationship with their fathers but are having trouble or are unsuccessful in their lives.

In conclusion, the changing of gender roles is beneficial to the family as well as society, and this trend is greatly acceptable.

--
Chú thích, cùng với các phiên bản còn lại vui lòng truy cập: https://congphuc.tk/v6dbh

Nowadays, the phenomenon of both genders' changing roles in the family has become less and less unusual. While women have their own rights to achieve more purpose in their life such as studying in universities and obtaining high-paying jobs, I believe this is a positive development to give more freedom for women to pursue careers.

Although in the past, there were a plethora of strict prejudgements which prevented women from having the same rights as men; however, the modern recognition and developing perception of people in international globalization protect women from these harmful conceptions by forming developing and current perception so they can attain ample opportunities <del>more </del>chances to emphasize their value in society, specifically, to participate in education such as going to the university. For instance, in Vietnam, the number of female university graduates is continually rising, enabling some to have their own leadership and become CEO's of companies, such as Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao, the CEO of Vietject, thus allowing some husbands to stay at home and look after the children.

On the other hand, this is the positive development of people's recognition in society. Firstly, the phenomenon of house-husbands can help women have more freedom and time for their career paths so that they have more opportunities to improve themselves such as achieving top levels job and lucrative-income jobs <del>high-paid occupation</del> which they c<del>ouldn't</del> do in the past. A standout example for this is the Angle Merkel in Germany and Jacinda Adern in New Zealand, who have had the chance to become the leaders of their countries. Therefore, the increasing trend of fathers staying at home to care for their children while mothers engage in the workforce can be viewed as a positive development in promoting gender equality and women's empowerment.

In conclusion, the phenomenon of women pursuing their work, as well as, their studies and men staying home with children stems from the women's rights and gender equality in developing eras nowadays, additionally, this is a positive development in society. <del>However, both genders should have their own obligation to their family. </del>

Today, conventional gender roles are undergoing a paradigm shift: mothers are becoming the main breadwinners and fathers are staying at home to care for their children. Several factors have contributed to this situation and I believe this indicates a positive trend.

First of all, one of the main reasons could be that women in the 21st century are just as educated and demanding as their male colleagues due to better access to educational and professional opportunities. The equal rights movement, often known as gender equality, has had a major impact on empowering women, with mothers working in offices while fathers stay at home and care for their children. Several Western countries have socially embraced this trend, but other Asian developing countries have yet to fully embrace it. In addition, modern financial problems force parents to seek work to support themselves. In this way, parents ultimately decide who wins the family and who takes care of their children, regardless of social or traditional beliefs.

As the environment changes, so does the socio-economic aspect of parenting: fathers stay at home to care for their children. At the same time, mothers will work, which is a sign of positive development, because in the past men had to make a living while women were denied the opportunity to work outside the kitchen. However, today many women occupy prestigious positions in well-known organizations. This allows women to be empowered and work alongside men in any industry. For example, many industries such as human resource management, nursing, hospitals, banking, education, etc. are led by women. The increase in job opportunities in various fields made women the breadwinners.

In summary, significant shifts in social beliefs and the advancement of women have transformed family roles. Consequently, the trend towards change has more positives than negatives, and this should be taken as positive progress because real growth is only possible when men and women work together and are not on an equal footing.

In the past, women often have to stay at home to do housework, while men go out to work. but now women have more opportunities to go to school creating more exposure in women's work. Under such conditions, men tend to support the family by doing housework and taking care of children

On the one hand, in the last century, women were often banned or discouraged from going to school, which greatly hindered talent, creating a clear inequality in the gender. but now, all countries tend to
support university education and equality in employment. It's money for female
entrepreneurs, female pioneers in the industry to develop. In addition, it also
helps fathers to spend more time with their children and family

On the other hand, this also helps the society to have more rich human resources. Equality in work helping women have more time in their
careers and better themselves, have more freedoms. Besides that, women are becoming more and more prestigious in many industries such as, nursing, banking, education. this makes it possible for women help men to have less economic burdens such as money. A typical example is the director of VietJet Air with assets of up to 3.1 billion USD. Therefore, this equality is gradually gaining support in other countries.

In conclusion, the development of academic equality and the fact that men stay at home to take care of their families and children is gradually becoming an increasingly widespread trend.

There is a fact that nowadays, the husbands plays role of usually stay at home to become the babysitter and look after the children while the wife goes out to earn a living to cover living expenses. From my point of view, there are a plethora of reason surround this issue. These can also be considered as premises for changing perception of people on the ground that it is enhances paramount importance and value of women in society.

In feudalistic societies, particularly countries in Asia where sexism was most evident. Social bases at that time held that men always have favoritism over than women. Since then, this ideology instilled in minds of children and changing their perception. Those thoughts are still handed down and partly influenced society today, but the weaker sex long to dismiss gender misconception between men and women and showing their values. In addition, more and more preferential policies for women such as enfranchise women, narrowing the gender gap in pay and women are allowed to take up jobs in the country's political apparatus. For instance, in several countries, women can hold key positions such as prime minister or even is the president.

Thereby, this is also a trend that should be encouraged for the benefits are brought when women can demonstrate their talents. Moreover, it can destroy a conventional misassumption related to discrimination in bygone era that husband who for a living in the family and the wife should be a full-time housewife.

Encapsulate, we should let children not have distorted thoughts about gender so that there are not disagreements in society.
