The students' personalities meshed well with each other, and many discovered they shared similar fears, particularly around public speaking and social anxiety. Watching them support one another and work through those challenges together was one of the highlights of the week.

Having opportunities to eat lunch together and travel as a group in the van also played a significant role in strengthening team bonds. One area for improvement would be establishing a single, designated drop-off and pick-up location. Using multiple locations created a few chaotic moments, and a consistent meeting point would help make transitions much smoother.

Tuesday, we did a creative sequence quiz and share out what matched us best. We also enjoyed a break at the park, laughing and playing on a playground together.
