A 'climate' includes a wide range of people, whereas 'a distinct viewpoint' may suggest just one person.&nbsp;'Scope of behaviour' is a lovely paraphrase of 'range of action'. </div>]]></description>

'The climate which&nbsp;<strong>has</strong> many differences&nbsp;<strong>in views and </strong>scope of action'<strong>. </strong>'Scope of movement' isn't really the same thing as 'scope of action'. &nbsp;</div>]]></description>
