3/4 Stars

Strengths:
- Good use of dialogue to show relationship with her mom
- Good imagery and descriptive vocabulary

Weaknesses:
- A little confusing (random details everywhere)
- Message is unclear but we think it could be something relating to culture (she includes several details relating to Korean culture; kimchi, speaking Korean at home, Korean TV shows)

Yes we would recommend it because she has strong writing skills and it is interesting to read about her culture and her life; but the story is unclear, so there is really nothing that the audience would get out of this text other than entertainment.
