<title>Change needs to happen for students and teachers to improve learning. To improve a school&#39;s culture we must adapt, develop, and challenge ourselves in new and engaging ways. To know if change is working towards a successful outcome growth has to be established. The only way to grow is to have an attitude and intention for change! </title>

As a school community, we must fight our case for why innovation, and teaching students to have a growth mindset, will drastically help set a foundation for excellence in learning. </title>
