I've been part of an educational system in South Africa where learning and teaching changed from active learning and engaging to impersonal learning. My idea of learning has changed coming to the UAE a year and a half ago. This pandemic inspired me to become a qualified teacher in order to change the lives of students through new and exciting ways of teaching. 

However this is not the only reason I am doing this course. Education influence every aspect of the world, corporate business, personal relationships and the way people act in their everyday life. I have recently obtained a CACHE level 2 certification from British Orchard Centre. I am currently working as an Assistant Teacher in a Nursery School. 

I have decided to option for a PGCEi course because I have the motive to become an actual classroom drama teacher. I believe it is a perfect platform for an upgrade. 

My ideology about the recent structure of teaching focuses on students being able to strive and show their academic capabilities in theory and practical aspects.

I worked as a mathematics teacher in Europe and would like to continue working as a teacher in UAE.
In my opinion Teachers will become facilitators of learning and students will have more control of their own learning journey. Classrooms of tomorrow need to focus on a combination of student engagement in learning, enquiry-based approaches, curiosity, imagination and design thinking.

I see education in recent times as challenging, unpredictable and in a constant state of change. It appears that now, more than ever, teachers need to continuously enhance their knowledge and pedagogical approaches (both face-to-face and online) in order to make sure we are giving our students what they need to succeed now and in the future.
