I mean, it is crazy to think that it might be happening a little already. I remember being in high school and most my classmates used their computers in class while I still wanted to use my notebook. I'm here at grad school and some course have online textbooks. I will admit. I don't know how eager I am about this transition and advances of our technological world. On one hand I like like. On the other hand I'm very much old fashion and would be happy going back to basic technology or before that. Reading the article kinda reminded me of that episode from "Spongebob" where Squidward travels to the future and learns everything is Chrome in the future. (Play on joke, not the same type of Chrome--but still. I actually saw this in real time today. I saw students working on Chrome Books with partners. Interactive classroom and a collaborative approach...It is encouraging that a multiple facet approach can present a myriad of information.  A concern is the unsecured amount of intellectual property.

Now in this day in age, technology has become an important integration in the classroom. We are moving into a technical world, so the children should be able to learn with what we are using outside of the classroom.
