         <title>Action 2 - I will begin lessons by demonstrating most of the solution process and then, as the lesson progresses, I will demonstrate less of the solution process. This can be achieved by asking students to work out solutions to new problems on the whiteboard. As students take on more of a leadership role in solving problems, I will take on more of a facilitator role, asking questions that probe deeper.</title>
