    Dynamics that staff members have with each other and the school that builds an enabling culture in the workplace

  4. SPA: School Pride & Affect
    Affiliation that students have with the school, seeing it as an institution of pride

These relationships are devised from the interactions of entities within the school community.

    Flexibility the school offers towards meeting specific needs of small groups of students. Customisation strategies are focused on the individual or small group rather than the masses.

  3. Affirmation
    Recognition of the efforts and contributions of individuals towards holistic education outcomes.
