         <description><![CDATA[<div>Be able to meet with scholars who missed a lot of class and go back during small group time and reteach the material to them so they won't fall super behind. Also, do have better student to student discussions, I miss turn and talks during carpet time and breakout rooms have not worked out well for it. It's important scholars get to talk to each other and voice their different opinions.</div>]]></description>

Take ownership of their own education, take ownership or their work, take ownership of their grades, etc.  If they don't have the maturity level to take ownership/responsibility, then have them set little goals every week and have them meet those goals.</div>]]></description>
