         <description><![CDATA[<div> </div><div>Speech generating devices can be used. They are electronic devices that enable an individual to select messages which are then spoken out. For example, Profession Stephen hawking has motor neurone disease and as such was only able to communicate by using a small sensor which was activated by a muscle in his cheek. He used the sensor to ‘type’ characters and numbers on his keyboard which then were said out loud. <br><br></div><div> <br><br></div>]]></description>
