It has passed stage one cause as you can see from the causes of death these people are dying from things that are common even in America.  On the women's issue they are treated fairly now with programs that speak on the issue. More woman are in parliment now than 50 years ago. Lithuania is a place for old people so they aren't really reproducing.  In my data I didn't see any younger than 60. May have been the website i was using cause looking a World life it seems to be different but that was 2010.Lithuania has a great healthcare system. People register with there own doctor so that they get the best health care they think they can get. It is considered to be a very urban. It is 69.7% urban which means that only 30.3% are rural. 20.6% live below the poverty line. They recently took some action to help lower that by upping the wages which means it will help a little to stable yourself. Their middle class is quite small that is why they have raised the minimum wage so that people can be a little more stable.  They could start reproducing for the future cause it seems from the 2016 studies that there are very many people over 60 years old in Lithuania.
