VM 1.0 was successfully launched! We made good with YOUR support!
Everything was new and so the learning curve was STEEP!
I can't pin down the number of initiatives we introduced (and updated) in 2021 but I'm glad I took part in them and they turned out ok, with opportunities for improvement as we go along.
I could not have done it without the strong support from Fannie and all the managers - Kanak, Kaylee, YJ, Cheryl, Brendan, Shubha. Thank you for your trust!

It's been an incredible journey. I remember attending one DCC graduation some years back and from listening to the graduates' speeches, certain chords struck and I began to write down some parts of my life and made an impromptu speech at the end.

I entered this work thinking of helping others but I think I've been helped/ inspired in so many different ways. Thank you to all of you for being a part of my growth journey.

At first l start of with joining PUO and then was link up with Her Rise Above to start home-based business. It was going fine until something happens, and then l get the opportunity to join Greenhouse Fellowship at DOT.
I was abit lost at first cause l don't understand what and why l am here. Until l start reaching out to ladies for 'Step-Up' program, and there were stories shared by the beneficiaries by which l ask for guidance from manager/seniors and ensuring the beneficiaries get the proper help/plan.
Only then l realise that the mission DOT has is very strong and l'm pretty sure there are alot of ladies out there who need the kind of help DOT gives. Something that l will keep as my mission too, 'Empowering Ladies, Enabling Families'.

I'm a very bad person at any creativeness whether is it on paper or digital. But after some guidance on Canva designs, l realise it is not that hard at all. All l got to do is clear my mind, concentrate on the topic and 🤯💥 , the posters are ready.

I like to chat with people who l feel comfortable, so when l had to step up to reach out to ladies for 'Step Up' program, it was awkward and uncomfortable at first but with support and guidance from Kanak and Natalya. It was smooth sailing⛵.
