A 2nd year ML student sensed my frustration with 1st year MLs who are in their "silent stage" and gently reminded me in Spanish "Remember how shy we were last year about trying to read a sentence outloud? That's how they are feeling right now." I was humbled, amazed and impacted all at the same time. . . . our students have STRENGTHS.
