I would also like to share my own experience and hope it helps someone in their learning. 
I recently attended a learning event on questioning skills. The event was good, but didn't allow enough time for me to practice questioning skills during the event. It made my learning a bit more difficult. However, the event facilitator also used a lot of personal examples, showed some videos with good and bad examples and facilitated group discussions, where everyone else could share their own examples. I made sure I made a lot of relevant notes and practised my questioning skills after the event.

Anyone else learns new skills the same way and had a similar experience? How did it go for you?
