Our identity is our cover letter, because reflects our personality, our culture and our roots. In our society since previous years, many problems have been created regarding the identity (trait, characteristic) that each person has and differentiates it from another. So nowadays our society give you or not the opportunities to improve, so influence in a great extend your roots, or the place that you come from. For example, in a company the boss interview people and only the most capable will have the post. 

In production of knowledge, it’s necessary a lot of social group share their costums and tradition, given that this represent the identity of each person and permit that other people can know new cultures. So, this will be pass of personal knowledge to shared knowledge. However, sense perception as a shape of knowledge contribute build stereotypes and have a misconception of each cultures, so, the new knowledge can be biased, given that, it is based on wrong ideologies and prejudices. 

First of all, identity are the characteristics that difference one person to the other, is something that do you unique. This identity is constructed by the situations that a person have around their life. Thus , production of knowledge are deep rooted of the habits and the experience, this situation causes on a long time an adaptations and
 know. For example , a person of VRAEM have a different point of view about the terrorism in Peru than a person of Lima , because the terrorism affect the saw of Peru. In this case it can be seen how the identity affect to the knowledge because , each person have a different identity.  To conclude, the identity in a great extent  create knowledge through of the years, of the experience that have each people.

Nowadays, there are many interpretations about tattoos people, especially in workplace. Firstly, some people have misconceptions about tattoos, because they think that use tattoos meaning that you are convict or lazy, so you’ll have problems to get a job. However, some companies want a tattoo person because they’re part of creative and fashion industry. To conclude, tattoos have many  interpretations that could be positive and negative in workplace . 

Nowadays,the use of tattoos has generated polemics in our society; as on the work, givening a bad misconception about them beacuse the people confusing them such as criminals. In consequently, this generate discrimination and exclution, because they are only allowed to leave by appearance, which in turn leads to cultures not being able to interact, so we believe that having tattoos does not guarantee to know the personality of a person and should not lead to discrimination. So, we must have an open mind and think about improving as a society before this problem, without limiting people to job opportunities.

In fact we think the tattoos are a way of expressing experiences,culture  of the person Although the society construct a misconception  about tattooed people, this stereotype generates that people do not find a job or can be discriminated against by their workers, limiting them to achieve their work objectives.
