In the song it says "Just stop the crying it'll be alright."-Harry Styles. It relates to Benvolio's life because Benvolio is the one that try's making everyone happy and peaceful. He's the guy who always has advice to give, so Benvolio relates to this song because he's the person to stop Romeo from crying and to cheer him up. like what he did in Act 1 Scene 1 and took him to the Capulet's party.
John Lennon- Give Peace A Chance
In the song it says " All we are saying is give peace a chance," John Lennon. This is what Benvolio has been saying since the start. He wants everyone to stop fighting and to be peaceful to one another. For example, when Mercutio and Tybalt were fighting he tried breaking them up. He try's making peace for everyone.

John Lennon says in the song " Imagine all the people, living life in peace...". This is what Benvolio wished for. He wanted everyone in the city of Verona to live in peace. Lennon also says, "And the world will be as one," Benvolio wished that everyone could get along and join together then always fight in the streets. He wished that the Montague's and Capulets could have gotten along.

Collins says, " I will be here don't you cry." This relates to Benvolio's life because Benvolio was always there for Romeo. He gave romeo life and love advice and whenever Romeo would cry because of Rosaline or Juliet, Benvolio would always be there for him.He also says, "This bond between us can't be broken." This compares to Benvolio because him and Romeo's bond was really close; moreover, they were really close cousins.

Benvolio would listen to this song because he was the only hero in the play. He was the peacekeeper and tried keeping peace between the Montagues and Capulets.
Phillip Phillips- Gone, Gone, Gone
Phillips sings "I'll love you long after your gone, gone gone." This relates to Benvolio because his cousin, Romeo died and he will still love him even after he tried stopping the violence between him and the Capulets.  This song talks about love and love is one thing Benvolio lived for . That's what Benvolio wanted for the people in Verona.

Amy sings, " He left no time to regret, kept his way," this relates to Benvolio because after Benvolio tried giving advice to Romeo, Romeo never really listened to him, ignored him, and did what he wanted to do.
Guns N' Roses- Civil War
in this song it talks about war and dying. It relates to Benvolio's life because Benvolio always saw women crying and men dying just like it says in the song. His life was based around that kind of environment.
Not Again- Gun Violence
The song reads, "Last night, it happened once again, shots rang out on the town, seemed to have no end." This shows Benvolio's thoughts because there's always feuds happening between the Montagues and the Capulets. Benvolio always tries making peace but yet no one ever listens to him and the violence seems to have no end.
