1. How would you advise your peer to handle that situation?

On many occasions it is important to talk to students and reach some agreements, to establish common objectives, although not all students are always involved, a large part of them can influence others, doing activities different from those they usually do motivates participation.

2. What do you think your peer learned from this critical incident?

Classmate María is appropriating her teaching methodology, identifying with the observations she makes at the end of the class how to encourage interest in students, she also details that each student has a different learning style.

After reflecting on their critical incident, would you react differently if it happened to you? Why or why not?

Yes, I would act the way my colleague María acts, it is necessary that at the end of the class we make a summary and analysis of what happened and look for the best strategies to improve as teachers. Observing the events that have happened and analyzing them allows us to implement improvements and know the behaviors and attitudes of students regarding learning.
