         <description><![CDATA[<div>Nico and I think that the outcome of the HIPAA violation was reasonable and we are glad that they got fired. Even though Britney is a celebrity, her medical records should never be snooped at like it's gossip information. The punishments the employees' received were not severe enough; only some of the employees were fired, but we believe all of them should've been fired.</div>]]></description>
