- The way things look, that is, the terms are relative and do not embrace a single idea.
- Identify how the role of ideas embraces different stakeholders in the same way.
- Considers that the State is anarchic and that there is no authority above it.
- Constructivists believe that norms are capable of improving the vision of a State in the best sense, that is, at the end of values a State can be shaped.
