 These days we have a lot of challenges at work. One of those challenges is the medical insurance for employees because of the pandemic.  Another thing is the number of employees in the office. We have a small office and a large number of employee work in a small space. This causes the possibility of infection with the corona. We need to change the working model at the office to avoid such an infection.

These days we have a lot of challenges at work. One of those challenges is my laptop which is very slow. This affects my time and quality spent on tasks. Another thing is we don't have a strong internet connection. This causes delays in our work, and some of our beneficiaries get angry because of that.

From my first month of this work, I feel like we don't have good teamwork it works.
  More like no teamwork here so I was thinking about some activities to make us work more collectively. 
I hope you will consider these activities and keep them in mind.  
Excited to see an improvement in teamwork in the near future.
