a. Were you able to display it last school year? Yes
b. In which situation it is evident? When I've encountered a situation where a group of people become mean towards me due to silly reasons. One of them even tried to trip me. And instead of firing back at them I prefer ignoring them to prioritize my inner peace.
c. If no, what stop you from practicing it? When you overthink a lot about the past, it's hard to get over yourself.
d. This year, what are your specific action/s or tips to other students to reinforce it? I know at some point in your life, you'll meet people who will come out rude towards you. The advice I could give to you is overcome this scenarios with rational thinking instead of letting your emotions get the best of you. Choose your battle wisely, stay unbothered.

a. No
b. N/A
c. I don't think I was able to regulate alot of my bad habits specifically me playing video games too much, and I lose focus because of it
d. I would say try to separate yourselves from any sort of distractions, as well as meditating so you can practice and keep focus alot more

a. Where you able to display it last school year?
- Yes, but also no.
b. If yes, in which situation/s it is evident?
- There was one instance wherein we needed to do a group activity and some of my groupmates wasn't present and weren't answering/helping. I was able to hold myself back from lashing out and just ignoring my group (what I usually do when I'm angry), still extending my patience to continue working on the activity.
c. If no, what stop you from practicing it?
- There was a time where we had to do an invitation letter by pair and the other wasn't responding and barely did anything. So I just lost my composure and kind of let my emotions run wild.
d. This year, what are your specific action/s or tips to other students to reinforce it?
- When something is starting to frustrate you, just take a breather to calm yourself. Try not to push yourself too much so that you won't be overwhelmed with tasks and your emotions.
