Vitamin C will helps the body repair damaged tissue. Vitamin C will also help protect against immune system deficiencies, and cardiovascular disease, and etc. On the other hand the drink is considered a bad carb because even though it contains fruit. The drink also has juice, meaning it has a large number of cups of sugar.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Monounsaturated fats and Polyunsaturated fats are considered good fats. Because chia seed are monounsaturated fats that help decrease the risk for any type of cancer. Also, helps lower the risk for a stroke, bad cholesterol levels. Another thing about mono-fats is they provide nutrients which help develop body cells. Eggs  is a polyunsaturated fats which is beneficial to the body because it gives the cells the nutrients it needs in order to grow and gives the brain the fatty acids it needs to grow.  On the other hand saturated fats and trans fats are bad because saturated fats have animal product, like red meat, and full dairy products. In fact, this products raise high-density lipoprotein. Trans fats are artificial products.</div>]]></description>
