My proudest moment was being able to come up with EDM that
considered the type of beats, the tempo, and the structure. Furthermore, it was nice to be able to put together the different parts of the EDM together, like the riser and the synths.

With respect to my goals, what was my greatest challenge?
 Since there were many different ways to put together a strong beat (the climax of the EDM portion), choosing one that would suit my entire EDM composition was challenging, but has also opened my mind to explore different variations. The composition of EDM has been an enriching experience that has taught me about about Music

I prefer the cupcake with a reduction of fat. 

I can make a cupcake healthier by reducing sugar, fat and adding oatmeal or dried fruit (raisin) to increase fibre content. furthermore, I can add nuts too!

I have modified my dish to make it a more balanced and healthy meal. Furthermore, I have fulfilled making the crust of the quiche with sweet potatoes.

2. (a) Yes, I was able to manage my time.
(b) Yes, I faced an obstacle which regarded the fact that crust of my sweet potato quiche were unevenly sliced, so when it was put in the oven (before filling), some slices of sweet potato were a lot more cooked than others. I overcame this by adding more sweet potato slices as the crust and put it back into the oven only after I poured in the filling.
(c) I would have sliced the potatoes more evenly, and seasoned the quiche more. 

3. (a) It helped in planning my dish as I could understand what a balanced diet meant.
(b) It was very manageable. 
(c) It helped me to explore the different modifications I can make to a dish to make it healthier. Furthermore, after first-handedly trying a cupcake with less fat, I could easily tell the difference in taste and texture, which helped me to understand the effect of the different ingredients on the taste, texture and colour of a dish.
