Adam Lanzo was believed to have a mental illness.
Adam shot his mother while she was asleep and took the three guns in the house at the time.
The school earlier that year made a security system that made visitors buzz in after 9:30 A.M.
He went to the school a little after the security system locked the door. he had to get in the school by shooting his way in. 
First classroom he went into he shot all students in there (fourteen students). According to fact check the killer who "played" Adam was also known for being famous singer Christina Grimmie brother in Florida.
