How to make Eggs in Hell
Ingredients :
2 taple spoons of minced garlic ,
1/2 onion , 1/2 pimento , a can of tomato sauce , 2 1/2 taple spoons sugar, 4 eggs , 1/4 cup of Parmesed, shredded , mozzerlla cheese , salt and pepper to taste . Italian seasoning 1 table spoon olive oil , dutch oven or large iron pan

Step 1 . Heat 1 table spoon of olive oil over medium high heat in dutch oven or large iron pan

Step 2. Saute the onion and minced garlic untill soft.

Step 3. Stir in the pepper flakes, salt, and Italian seasoning and stir untill fragrant.

Step 4. Pour the tomatoe sauce and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Step 5. Make four holes in the sauce and crack an egg in each. Reduce the heat to low.

Step 6. Put Parmesed or Mozerlla on the top and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Enjoy with bread !

Food: Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:

2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

1/2 tsp. kosher salt

1 c. (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

3/4 c. packed brown sugar

1/2 c. granulated sugar

3/4 c. pumpkin purée

1 large egg

2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Recipe:
1. Preheat oven to 375° and put two large baking sheets with parchment paper side by side.
2. In a small bowl, mix flour, baking soda, pumpkin spice, and salt.
3. Using a large bowl using a hand mixer, mix butter and sugars until it's light and fluffy.
4. Put in pumpkin, egg, and vanilla extract until combined, then add flour to the mixture. Keep mixing until no raw flour appears, then fold in chocolate chips. Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
5. Scoop 1 ball onto prepared baking sheets and bake until it becomes puffed up and golden around the edges, about 12 minutes.
