We managed to do all the activities, the elderly were quite happy.

-Time management is important as it ensures that the plan goes according to what we wanted, to play all the games or any other activities.

- The plan worked out well during the event and everyone was satisfied with the day. However, we would suggest that more time could be spent on the games as the elderly was really eager to play more.

-I believe that including the dance as one of our activities, in the event,was great. I saw many happy faces, clapping, dancing and enjoying the moment with us.
 
-In conclusion, project planning for the elderly, helps us to build on management skills such as time and organisation.

-These can be applied in future such as planning an event for work/projects, etc....
