Well I had actually taken inner engineering online course and finished it recently and then I came to know about the grace of yoga being offered online and if it was old me I would have said may be some other time but not after I have attended inner engineering course.
The two days session was just amazing , the sense of clarity and pleasantness within was such a beautiful experience for me . On the day of Shivaratri the pancha bhuta kriya in the presence of dhyanalunga and sadhguru was something I will keep very close throughout my life and it's an experience hard to out it in words and everyone must experience this . My gratitude and heartfelt thanks to isha and sadhguru 🙏🙏🙏. I just want to make sure that the I carry the grace of yoga with me all the time not just restrain it for few days of a experience because it's something I don't want to let go of because life seems wonderful with the grace of yoga and it opens doors of possibilities.🙏

It was my first live session with Sadhguru on the Auspicious day of Mahashivratri and it was incredible.
I've never felt so settled and calm in my entire life. The "YOGA YOGA YOGESHWARA " chant is so powerful.
Now it is part of my daily routine and it feels wonderful to start my day with this chant. And no doubt the day goes well and i feel energetic throughout the day.
I'm so thankful to Sadhguru for changing my life and for saving me from my self-created hazards.
Overall it was a very different experience for me and I'm glad I got to join online on the Auspicious Day of Mahashivratri . Above all i really enjoyed the Bhajana and sounds .

Feeling grateful that Sadhguru made this possible. Yet again it was His grace showering upon me, making me feel calm, light, sweet, and reminding to be open to His presence and grace.
With the loss of my father, it has been very difficult these past months, unable to do Sadhana and in pain. With the Grace of Yoga and Panchabhuta Kriya, I’m already feeling so much better, as if I’m healed in ways I don’t understand.

It was a wonderful experience for me and my physical self especially because I lost my mother in October. The panch bhutta kriya was so wonderful it put me in a state of complete relaxation so much that I could not stay awake thru the night I felt dead after the kriya was over. Maybe next year I will be in a better state to experience the bliss of Mahashivaratri with Satguruji.

The two-day online program was such a heart opener. For the past few years, as a yoga practitioner, I believed that Yoga was just a physical activity. However, this program connected me to the very nature of our existence. I felt my body liberated, and my mind so calm. The preparatory sadhana was the best sadhana I ever performed, So connected and beautiful that I felt the elements speak to me. We are so engrossed in our struggles that we forget to acknowledge the elements that make us what we are. Punch Bhuta Kriya was exceptional and so spiritual, I didn't want it to end... our every core is alive in these two days, our heart is finally felt... My gratitude to Sadhguru and Isha for this experience.

I participated in panchabhuta Kriya during mahshivaratri times in Feb and Mar2022.

All these years just like everyone used to think roti, Kapada,makaan etc are the essential elements everyone should strive for. as such I am doing a race against time to attain them as Much as I can.
But I learned what are the essential elements of nature which are actually necessary and whom we should be thankful for our well-being in life during pancha bhuta kriya. Now I am feeling some deep relationship with the nature as i started expressing my gratitude towards these elements by following simple steps learned in this program. Thanks a lot isha foundation for enlightening this change in me.looking forward to join similar programs in the future.

I was totally in some other dimension. Through out the process l could feel something reaching to me from the Dhyanlingam. I felt strong vibrations between my eyebrows. It's throbbingg and throbbingg . Then as if something was seeping through my whole body. Something was opening up. I was exuberant and tears were falling . An awesome experience. Cannot tell the exact feelings in words...as if I was in trance, still am.

Over the past 40 days from 1st march, I started the prepatory Sadhana For Mahashivratri 2022. "Yoga Yoga Yogeshwaraya" chant proved incredibly powerful and magical. This mixed with Shiva Namaskar and "Aum Sarvebhyo" Chant made a truly satisfying experience when I combined them with my regular Sadhanas.. They created an inner ambience beyond words and everyday felt like a joyous ride of intense moments.. Then I got to know about GOY finally, and was much intrigued to indulge in it. I couldn't wait to know what Sadguru Ji meant by "The Heart of Yoga" and too much eager to experience "Pancha Bhuta Kriya".
Though honestly, I thought it to be something like a complex process including rigorous work, but it was way Simple, though the main key was your own Tenderness and that 'want' to really involve wholeheartedly in the process. Well I really enjoyed the overall program, it was fun to follow and added much needed disciplines in my life which truly inhanced the energy, perception and exuberance of my life, as I can feel it. These 40 days proved too much learnable and lively for me in many ways. After the Pancha Bhuta kriya, and all the practices and disciplines centered around inhacing the intimacy of Seeker towards the five elements, the basis of every life, I will not lie I truly feel much more connected to the elements now, they triggered a somewhat strange sense of satisfaction and contentment in the heart, I feel more LIVING!
A subtle but definitely Intriguing and moving Inner Experience. Worth it..

"**I had been experiencing Grace of Sadhgur at the deepest level.
Just before the grace of yoga there was a question raised as to what Sadhguru is going to bless us with what during grace of yoga??
I shared in the group reflections & glimpses which were coming from within.
one of the highlights was that Sadhgur will give us a very very simple process which is very dear to Him but with multifold enhancement in the results.
And lo Simha Kriya is so well re-crafted that it is going to enhance emrmously the lung capacity which will be sufficient to fight out any kind of Corona or similar such virus. He is specially preparing us for 2028 when a Corona Type Virus highly lethal is going to strike this planet again as envisaged by Sadhguru in one of His Videos.
This is the impact of first two days. Much more is in store for us. 3 sessions are yet to come.

I am very sure that it is going to be absolutely blissful and fantastic as as He goes limitless in showering his grace on all of us.

prashn hai. I had been thinking about this all days long. What appears a reality to me is this. "Heart ❤ of yoga" is being shared under GoY "Grace of yoga" Yoga signifies union. Union obviously with creation. Union essentially means experiencing the entire creation as part of you. Within GoY, heart ❤ of Yoga, is that oxygen which has kept YOGA alive for more than 15000 years after initiation of Saptrishi by Adi Yogi.
Sadhguru, however is not going to stop here. As he is very kind hearted & thru very simple processes, triggers transformation(s) enmassee by transmitting His Grace. I comprehend that He is going to unfold yet another simple process to practice by each one, so as to be able to taste the nectar arising by union with creation.
This would catapult that person into heightened state of consciousness.

Save Soil Movement shall enhance & stabilize that consciousness further.
3.5 Billion people are just waiting to be aligned to save mother earth.
Another way of looking at it is this:-

Heart in human body is a primary organ to sustain life.
So is Heart of Yoga within Yoga Purush living for more than 15000 years.

The Panchabhuta Kriya was too intense for me. It all started with with thoughts coming to me of Sadhguru's compassion that he took lifetimes to make dhyanalinga happen for us. The grace of yoga program is a wonderful program especially for older people who have difficulty doing yogasana . If they sincerely put their heart into this process people can access the unlimited. I took the program online. The experience was wonderful and I recommend that everyone should attend this . Listening to Sadhguru is like taking opium , can’t stop with little.Finally I got to know our experience from the program  is directly proportional to our willingness and receptivity to give into this. It is hard to explain in words the meditation with Sadhguru this Mahashivratri swept me away. I have been doing Shambhavi and programs since 2018 with Sadhguru and Isha but this time was beyond words. I could not sit still ,was shaking and soaked in tears . I don't know what it was . At the end 'I' ended to great extend by Sadhguru's Grace.

सारे निजी काम के वाबजूद साधना, तैयारी साधना, महाशिवरात्रि और पंचभूत क्रिया को पूरे मनोयोग से किया। लैपटॉप में इतना क्लियर दिखता था। लगता था कि मैं अपने घर मे नही बल्कि ईशा योग सेंटर में हूँ। इसके लिए मैं तकनीकी प्रबंधन को धन्यवाद देता हूँ। साथ ही सारे विधि व्यवस्था के व्यवस्थापक को भी । महाशिवरात्रि कार्यक्रम में तो मैं सारी रात जागा। सुर-संगीत , नृत्य - नाट्य सबकुछ अद्भुत था। पंच भूत क्रिया का अनुभव मैं शब्दों में व्यक्त नहीं कर सकता। मैंने ऊर्जा को महसूस किया और महसूस किया कि मैं वहीं हूं। सबकुछ अविस्मरणीय था। मिट्टी को बचाने के लिए जो प्रयास सदगुरु कर रहे हैं , *वर्तमान समय मे मैं महसूस कर रहा हूँ कि सदगुरु मानव नही महामानव हैं।* मैं इस अभियान में अपने तरफ से भरपूर प्रयास कर रहा हूँ। जिससे लोग जागरूक हों। अपनी ये धरती माँ फिर से हरी भरी हो जाय। किसान खुशहाल हो जाएं। save soil के बारे में बताते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि ' जैसे भी हो , आप जो तरीका अपनाते हैं, आप जो कर सकते हो उस तरह से लोगों तक यह बात पहुंचाएं।'

It was wondeful to be a witness of the Dhyanalinga ceremony. It filled even my, otherwise very logical, mind with subtle devotion and feelings of pleasantness. It has been so long since I could feel something like that. I am enjoying these Grace of yoga days, like a teenager in love. Enjoying every second of feeling nice, before the dark and dreary world turns me into a moody person again. 😀 The soil kriya was also an amazing experience for me. As always in any isha program its given that you will learn something new and its a bonus that something touches your very core that inspires you to live well for year long life challenges situations and the longing to attend the program becomes more and more prominent. Namaskaram.Om Namah Shivayah.The grace of Yoga was an eye -opener.Learned the Yoga-yoga yogeshwarayeh chant & it took me closer to my esta -dev Lord Shiva.The Panch Bhoota Kriya was so beautiful brought tears in my eyes.The Isha sanyasis who danced in the Pancha Bhoota Kriya were Outstanding.The voluntees went an extra mile to help us for everything.I was always stunned by Guruji 's immense wisdom, sense of humour ,dance, his ability to reach out to people's mind /heart, his energy /vigour.The artists were so talented n came from different religions n places of the world .Seeing them awake n perform like never before, it was so clear that there was an unseen, magical force in there.They were spot on.Guruji kept walking on the romp, trying to reach out to each one of us.Satguru talked so sweetly in Tamil n English.There were some peppy songs from the artists.Never boring, not even for a second.I saw people in all age groups.Amazing how Satguru enchants today's teenagers n youngsters. Again & again, he would come in- between as a filler, sometimes to chant, at other times he would wax eloquent about the grace of Yoga, about the beauty & simplicity of Adiyogi/ Lord Shiva & that he had actually spent time in those hills in deep meditation.I was/am mesmerised by Satguru's Knowledge & his speeches.Thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing your wisdom.I believe you already know that your videos have saved my life🙏🏻💝(without the slightest doubt)in these difficult times.I am grateful .I have learnt that in the heart of yoga is the yogi himself.💖Love ur simlicity n ur effort to save the soil .The song ,"Le le le le🎵is still ringing in his mind."I wish people in my state(Kerala would also realize the importance of soil.So many farmers , esp. in Kasarkode,have lost their lives due to the excessive use of endosulphan.💉💊If only people stop using these poisons in the soil.Please Guruji "Stop" the devils in God's country.So thankful , spell bound n stunned to see you n be in the Shivrathri celebration.All of us even after staying awake the whole night, we were feeling fresh n joyful.

The chanting gives me goosebumps. As the volume of the chant fades in my 🧠 I feel lost. I try to recall what , where , it's a blank. When I am conscious again later, I find tears.
I have been saying thankyou to all and everything around me after a lesson I did way back in my 10 class. Sadguru put it into beautiful context and now I understand - reverence and gratitude. This understanding moves me in a very deep way. My eyes fill up. I feel like a mom to all and everything. It's mine to love and nurture.

The universe opened up to me when I decided some time ago to have Mount Kailash tattooed on my body. I just got to know yoga. Still without a deeper awareness. I didn't know Sadhguru, Isha or Shiva. It was still so far away and now I'm in the midst of you. This week is indescribable and is the first stage for much more. Tears flow. Sadhguru Sadhguru and Sadhguru. Only he can make us awake even when you are all by yourself and you got your room only to stay awake through whole night. That's my situation. I am living in shared apartment and I attended Mahashivratri program online. But what a night? What josh? I dressed up even to celebrate the night. And that is the first time in my life time I did it willingly. That is the power of Shiva and Sadhguru. I danced almost whole night, felt like I am there only, on the Isha ground, among thousands of people. I felt the upsurge of energy in my system. All because of Sadhguru. Kangana said it very rightfully that we missed Ram, Krishna, Shiva, but we are enough fortunate to be here, young and alive, breathing with you Sadhguru. And since when I attended Mahashivratri program, I feel Sadhguru closer, more in me and around me. Whenever I see him anywhere on screen or in photo, I feel stronger and unspeakable connection. Yoga is something very new to me .... it all started last year in november with the "discovery of Sadhguru" and for me it was "love at first sight"Till than i read his books and i listen on youtube.
These days were a wonderful experience and it all culminated on March 1 by MahaShiVratri.....
My life will be diffrent for sure
I want to go to Isha Yoga Center next year to discover all the energy of the place and maybe to participate in some programs.
I have a special respect and thanks to Sadhguru !!!! Thanks to all the volunteers for all the work they put in and for everything they do, they are wonderful !!!

Namaskaram Sadhguru. I consider myself blessed and extremely fortunate to be living in the same times as Sadhguru. This is the second year participating in Grace of Yoga and it has been incredible experience. The first session Sadhguru mentioned not to carry Yoga like a burden, and that is the exact mistake I've been doing all through. The Pancha Bhuta Kriya has been such a melting experience. Tears were flowing all through the program. Though attending the program online, I could feel the immensity of the presence of Dhynalinga and do nothing other than just surrender. The Bhakti sadhana even though sounds so simple, is proving to be challenging. Something I'll continue to remind myself every waking moment. I'm deeply grateful to Sadhguru for all the wonderful sessions and guided meditations, and to all the Isha volunteers who made the whole online experience possible via the necessary technology.

After my inner engineering online I have been eagerly waiting for the completion program. Words are not enough to express Sadhguru's grace. On 31st when I tried to connect for my 1st session, I couldn't till 11.20am. I got panic and literally cried for not able to connect with Him even through online. But suddenly got connected and no words to express but for the tears in my eyes. Pancha bootha aradhana with Sadhguru was soo amazing that I felt some vibration passed through my body which made me still till the end of that process.

Coming from a Christian family in the heart of a highly polluted township in South Africa, the programme is something new to me. At first I was sceptical seeing an image of snake and the first thing that came to mind was cult, devil worshippers but you know I felt revived, is like I have awaken. The things I usually take for granted matters the most to me more now. Example I simple thing of waking up and feel the air that I breath nurturing and going through all my veins is amazing. I'm at peace and I appreciate that you have reunited me with the source that created me and I feel like people need to be aware of these things. In your videos you kept on talking about consciousness and I'm a living testimony by just attending the programme. I know there is still a long journey but all what I can say the curtain is finally opened. One of your teachings is that you emphasize on oneness, never to look down on the other person or things around us and always look at things with complete devotion. This is key to me that kept me glued up to you Sadghuru and I appreciate you.

During the 5th session when we are called to look everything with utmost compassionate and with total involvement and I just looked upon Dhyanalinga image and started crying naturally and just experience blurred Yogi figure.

Here's a little bit about my experience of Bhuta kriya online; it was at one deeply grounding and uplifting. The preparatory sadhana was very beautiful; as it's very early spring here in North uk and cold outside, I used my potted peace lily for Earth and she seems to have also benefitted, I thank you on her behalf. When Sadhguru took us through at Dhyanalinga temple and the drums sounded I felt a great exhilaration and so much more I have no words for. Now I feel deep peace and so much lighter in my physical and emotional bodies and probably other layers of my being. Thank you to everyone that made this possible.

This is my first time experience of Grace of Yoga; I enjoyed every bit of the process. I am happy and delighted to have been able to see you every morning and enjoy the experience as if I was just sitting in first row in the hall. I would certainly like to experience the program next year, and till then will follow the Sadhana offered during the program.

I would recommend this for everyone, who wants to bring a certain sense of clarity in their though process and ability to handle life in much smoother way; Grace of Yoga offers an opportunity to bathe and cleanse oneself with Panchbhuta Kriya, and the practices open up something in you. May be at subtle level.

But one change I can see in myself, I am smiling for no reason, and not outside but inside. I remember the episode of walking temples in Sadhguru Exclusive, I cannot believe that sensation of something amazing is happening to me all the time.

As Sadhguru said, doing the program online doesn't make it any less since, he and Dhayanalinga are not limited by boundaries of physicality 🙏🏻 and it was clearly experienced during Pancha Bhuta Kriya and the meditations guided by Sadhguru. The preparatory Sadhana makes one receptive to their grace and I felt that even before the GOY started. Cannot express my experiences exactly in words but yes, I felt strong sensations during the Kriyas 🙏🏻✨💐🌼🤍

I am so grateful for the program, extremely grateful to Sadhguru, Ishanga and Isha volunteers for the deep realisation and the blissful transformation that I have been going through 🙏🏻🤍💐.

I thought I could get a transformative process out of this program, but I'm feeling about the same way before the program even started. Still fearful, full of doubts and restless overall, my mind wandering all over the place at times. I don't know if the Pancha Bhuta Kriya process has worked for me. But support has been keeping silent. For a handful of questions I have actually. I know I have lots of questions answered already but still I wonder how long it would take to answer the support tickets I've sent about Simha Kriya days ago and questions before the program. As for getting into the WhatsApp group, I have contacted support before the program, still haven't gotten into the WhatsApp group post-program. It just confuses the heck out of me, for this simple thing to happen. Also, there is a BIG problem of not knowing whether they got my support tickets, I can't log into the support portal to check my support tickets. Filling in the GoY 2022 form, there is no way of getting this verification either.

It's never my intention to trash, even if my tone may sound critical at times, it's just how I use to express feedback (like the packaging of the Pancha Bhuta Kriya Kit). I hope it's not a sign to ignore some of my support tickets/messages/doubts/questions.

Anyways, respect to the support team for trying their best to answer lots of the questions that I sent and did receive.
I thank Isha for making a positive impact on the other participants. Maybe I have too much of a dense head, and things might change more in time (48 days? 3 months of intensified sadhana? TT)
I hope I can post my experience here again after some time again.

I'll end this here with a bit of a jest, at least the program got me up in the morning, something I wouldn't have done myself.

I was stuck in tremendous fear and excessively reading the news trying to understand and cope with everything (the war in Ukraine) but making it worse like that.
From the very first day of the program I felt that Sadhguru is „my own personal NATO“. I feel calm and capable to move on with my kids and family, growing stronger almost daily now 🕊Thank you ❤️🙏🙏🙏

  I have had an incredible experience from the meditations on Mahashivratri and In the Grace of Yoga program. Practices change me and my life for the better. I am very happy that I live at the same time as my spiritual master🙏
