Allowing them to express their abilities and learn skills they had not previously had such as putting together a 3D printer. These skills can also lean towards management skills and deadlines which are all applicable applications in everyday life and professional development. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I noticed higher levels of student engagement from the students on the videos than I have seen in most of my classes. I love the development of soft skills and the active participation. If students can consistently develop the professional skills through things like passion projects and find intrinsic motivation to succeed, they will be setting themselves up for success after high school very well.</p>]]></description>
