         <description><![CDATA[<div>“He has fallen backwards, the light from the candle sticks fell upon him: his white face looked up towards heaven, he let Cosette and Marius cover his hands with kisses: he was dead.” (Pg 399)<br><br></div><div><br></div><ul><li>This shows tragedy since the main character dies after Marius finds out he was the one who saved him. This is a great example of tragedy since death, is obviously a way to show tragedy.</li></ul>]]></description>
