         <description><![CDATA[<div>- I play basketball for about an hour or two before I do anything. <br>- I run 4 to 5 laps around a track near my house.<br>- When I get back home i set everything up in my grage im going to need and I use a jump rope, a bar, two weight adjustable dumbells, and bands.<br>- For abs I do sitting twists with a 25lb plate 3 sets of 15, Crunch kicks 3 sets of 30, Leg raises 3 sets of 40, <br>-  Next I use the jump rope for 5 min.<br>- Next I do legs and for legs I do rdl 3 sets of 15 with 145.5lbs, Then I squat with 145.5 3 sets of 10, Then I finish with another 5 min with the jump rope. Then with the bands I do some hip flexabiity movements.<br>- For my shoulders I do push press with 95 lbs for the first set of 10 then the second and third I do 105 for 10 reps. Next I do a push press but behind my head and have a wide grip and i do this with 70lb 3 sets of 15.<br>- For my back I do bent row with 110lbs for the first set of 15 and the second and third I do 120 for 15reps. I also do single arm row with a 30lb dumbell 4 sets of 25 with both arms.<br>- Lastly for my biceps and triceps I do curls with 80lbs 3 sets of 15 then I do standing tricep curls with 80lbs 3 sets of 15.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Everyday in the week except weekends. 6:45 me and my friends start the work out. I first bench 10 reps of 135" and repeat 4 times. Then I do incline with 10 reps of 115" and repeat 3 times. Then we do a circuit (i have two work outs for the circuit) first circuit we 10 push-ups, 10 pull ups, curls 10 and repeat 3 times. after we go for a run 2-3 miles everyday and 1 mile on mondays and try to beat my time which is 6 min and 20 seconds. And every two week we go for a long run 8 or more miles.</div>]]></description>

Usually pick out HITT workouts doing lie 130 calf raises.  Lower body workouts as squats dead lifts  shooters etc... also with uper body lift maybe 20's or dead lifts with them.          <description><![CDATA[<div>I haven't been doing much lately since I've barely been getting back into exercising after an injury. But one example of what one week may look like sometimes is:           Monday: 10 minutes of heaven (10 jumping jacks, 10 lunges, 10 squats, 10 burpees, 10 calve raises, repeat for 10 minutes),   3 way calf raises ( 25 regular way, 25 pigeon toed, and 25 slew footed, do it 3 times) , Fire Hydrant with a resistance band 2x10, Hip Thrust with resistance band 2x10.<br>Tuesday: 15 minute run, 2x10 lunges, 2x10 single leg squat, 10 modified push-ups, 10 pushups, 2x10 sec push-up holds, high knees for 30 seconds for 4 rounds.<br>Wednesday: Same as Monday except with 50 sit ups, 50 russian twists, and 2 plank holds for 60 seconds.<br>Thursday: Jump squats 2x10, lateral hops 2x10, tricep dips 2x10, 3 rounds of jumping jacks  (60 seconds each round)<br>Friday: Jump squats 2x10, Donkey Kicks 2x10, 2x10 lateral lunges each way, 10 modified push-ups, 10 pushups, cardio ( high knees for 15 sec, butt kicks for 15 sec) for 5 rounds, 100 russian twists.<br>I also sometimes play beach volleyball for around 2 hours on Saturdays.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>i hardly have any free time to myself. but once quaratine had started i worked out for abt 2 weeks and ended up giving up. i have hard time breathing sometimes but i end up being okay. im still very good at the sports i play. but i used to do 100 squats, 2 sets x 10 lunges, 15 heel touches, 30 sec planks, 30 sit ups,  2 sets x 15 crunches , i wouldnt lift any weights only work on my stomach, legs js like my lower body.. but atm i dont do any excerise neither running.. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I have a home gym that my dad and I use to workout together.  My gym has a full set of dumbbells and a weight bench.  It also has a curl bar, pull up bar and elliptical.  We work out a few times a week.  Its usually a different workout, working a different body part a week. Sometimes we just go out to the field and play baseball.</div>]]></description>
