         <description><![CDATA[<div>----------------------------------------------------<br>The best advice we can give is to only have sex using a condom or some form of protection that will protect you from sexually transmitted infections (STIs).  In the heat of the moment, the risk to engage in sexual activity without protection can seem like it is worth it. However, there are a number of negative consequences that can often having long term/ life lasting affects (herpes is incurable, and babies are for life)<br><br>We definitely recommed always using protection, and if you don't have a condom, wait until you do and/ or find other ways of being intimiate that don't carry the same risk as sexual activity/ intercourse. Sex can be a positve experience at any age, however, abstinence (ie not having sex at all) is the only guaranteed way of protecting yourself!</div>]]></description>

If you are in class, the most appropriate thing to do would be to remove yourself from the situation and let your teacher know. If you think that getting angry in class is something you might be affected by, it would be good to have a discussion with your teachers about it at a time when you are NOT angry. This way, you can clearly discuss it and let them know you would like to remove yourself from situations when you get angry. <br><br></div><div><br></div>]]></description>

It would also depend on if both people wanted to fix the friendship: it can only be fixed if both are willing, and sometimes this is not the case. Being kind and assertive, or thinking of and respecting the feelings of the other person, is a good place to start. The Guidance Team down at the Wellness Centre will be able to help you start to find some strategies if you explain the situation to them. </div>]]></description>
