         <title>Yes, I believe grouping teachers is a great strategy for implementation of blending learning.  I think it would be extremely beneficial to  pair teachers who are comfortable with digital learning with veteran teachers who are reluctant and anxious.   </title>

         <title>I used to think PD is one of the most critical aspects of implementation; now I think that even more and for additional reasons! I used to think that most leadership in implementation would need to come from the top.
