Industrial Revolution has carried changes in European society in the first half part of the nineteenth century. The industrialization renewed the population structure and with that, increase the population growth due to the decrease of the death related to famines, epidemics and war.
Due to the dramatic grow of cities as a consequence of the great masses of people from rural areas moving to big cities because of the agrarian crisis, in search of better life opportunities, the newly formed middle class and working class found themselves with deplorable health and sanitation conditions caused by the lack of municipal direction. City streets were often used as sewers and open drains wich  smelled horrible and were extraordinarily unhealthy.

Who: The new working class.
Where: Particularly Great Britain and Belgium.
When: First half part of nineteenth century.
What: Population increase and deplorable life conditions.
How: Moving to find work.
Why: Because of the agrarian crisis.

How did the Industrial Revolution spread from Great Britain to the Continent and United States, and how did industrialization in those areas differ from British industrialization?

Beginning first in Great Britain, industrialization spread to the continental countries of Europe and the United States at different times and speeds during the nineteenth century. First to be industrialized on the Continent were Belgium, France, and the German states and in North America, the new nation of the United States. Not until after 1850 did the Industrial Revolution spread to the rest of Europe and other parts of the world.
Britain’s economy began to move in new industrial directions in the 1770s and 1780s, continental countries lagged behind because they did not share some of the advantages that had made Britain’s Industrial Revolution possible. Lack of good roads and problems with river transit made transportation difficult. Continental entrepreneurs were generally less enterprising than their British counterparts and tended to adhere to traditional business attitudes, such as a dislike of competition, a high regard for family security coupled with an unwillingness to take risks in investment, and an excessive worship of thriftiness. 
By 1815, after Napoleon had finally been defeated and normal communication between Britain and the Continent had been restored, British industrial equipment had grown larger and become more expensive. As a result, self-financed family enterprises were either unable or unwilling to raise the amount of capital necessary to modernize by investing in the latest equipment. Instead, most entrepreneurs in France, Belgium, and Germany initially chose to invest in used machines and less productive mills.
Some factories built muskets with interchangeable parts. Because of this, the final product could be put together quickly and easily; this enabled Americans to avoid the more costly system in which skilled workers fitted together individual parts made separately. The so-called American system reduced costs and revolutionized production by saving labor, important to a society that had few skilled artisans.
Americans factories used women, children and immigrants as workers. They had one thing in common as employees; they were largely unskilled laborers.
American factory owners invested heavily in machines that could produce in quantity at the hands of untrained workers. In Britain, the pace of mechanization was never as rapid because Britain’s supply of skilled artisans made it more profitable to pursue a labor-intensive economy.

Patriots were against the taxation system imposed on all colonies by Britain and claimed their representation within the British parliament. They wanted the Independence.

Loyalists tried to adopt a moderating posture against the resistance and thought that they (Patriots) were too radical because wanted to become independent from Britain, which would have led to great economic losses and military insecurity.
