You decide 75% of the group that needs to agree in order for everyone to have to participate and you set a deadline for each person to vote. Come the deadline, not enough people have agreed to meet the 75% requirement you set but you do agree to extend the deadline. When the new deadline has been reached, you still don't have the 75%. Time passes and more people begin to agree, in fact it looks like you will get to 75%. Even though the second deadline is now long in the past, can you still approve this decision? Would your answer to this question be different if you knew if you were in favor or opposed to the decision?
