Do you want to play?  Make up a new game!

Do you see someone who feels sad?  Make them a card or pick some flowers and make a bouquet.

Do you need to calm down?  Draw a picture and colour it!

Are you hungry?  Make a sandwich!

Do you have something you want to say?  Share it with the world in a photograph!

Do you want to tell a story?  Get out the playdough or lego and build! 

Do you have a problem that is bothering you?  I’m telling you that all you need to do is sit down and make something!  As you work, you will notice that your brain allows you to find a solution. (or you might at least feel a little better after)

It doesn’t matter what you make, but when you make, the world becomes a little brighter, a lot better, and a lot more fun and enjoyable.  I know this because when I make cool stuff I get this adrenaline rush, like I just won a race or fell in love.  And the people who get to see that cool thing I made also get that adrenaline rush a bit.  And how cool would that be if everyone made cool stuff, felt better, and even solved some of their problems???  So go out and make something cool...because when you do you are really making the world a better place for everyone!
