His notable achievements with Talos Energy include due diligence activities connected to the acquisition of and reverse merger with Stone Energy.

Mr. Sheninger previously held several positions with Norwegian oil services company Aker Solutions. Charged with establishing a regional HSE network to improve communications, he also ensured compliance with Safety and Environmental Management Systems (SEMS) and managed a $500 million budget.

Since 2021, Mr. Sheninger has served as vice president of McGriff, one of the world’s 10 largest insurance brokers. In this role, he draws on extensive HSE expertise to protect clients in the energy and marine sector against loss.

When he is not working, he maintains an active lifestyle that includes weightlifting and cardiovascular exercise. He also enjoys visiting museums and zoos.

Free weights include dumbbells, barbells, pulleys, kettlebells, and various freestanding weights. Resistance machines are stationary machines that are pin or plate loaded and provide users with specific instructions on how to perform resistance exercises. For years, anyone and everyone involved with fitness has argued the virtues of one over the other.<br><br></div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>
