I have constant stress to do well in school so i can be accepted into a good school such as Harvard, MIT, and Colombia. I am constantly thinking about what to put in my application and what i should do to make it more so that i could have a higher chance of being accepted.

Stressor 2: Job shortages

I considered carefully with my neighbor who is a successful Princeton university student, what my feature job should be and we found the best job out their that suits me and my best skill. I ended up going with the mechanical engineering side but unfortunately, i am "born too late." in this day and age, mechanical engineers are not at high demands so i am worried about no being able to find a job later on.

In my opinion, the whole purpose of humans, are existing and to carry our bloodline, reproducing. this means that one day I will have to look for a good partner that I can trust, and she will also have to trust me.

Stressor 4: My health

Because I have high blood pressure, I do not want that to get in my way of living a happy long life. And, my dads side grandma died of cancer and those types of diseases are linked to the family. i am hoping to avoid any surgical procedures but it is still a worry for me.

Simply put it, I'm running out of time. I have only 4 years until I have to take the SAT and 5 years till I have to start applying for school. That is not a lot of time. And as of now, i am not doing so well in school and I am worried that I will be a disappointment to my family. the pressure is really high on which school i can get accepted to because both my parents went to ive luege schools and i want to follow their foot steps.

Coping technics

As of now, I have no coping techniques. I am not sure how to take pressure off me on my future. Because it is so important and not something that I can just do and get it over with such as s piece of homework, it is not easy to find a way to relive the pressure but, its not so deep enough to make me be depressed. I am not sure what I'm going to make of my life if i do not get into a good school and not get a high paying job.

I take advises and short cuts that might help lead to less pressure form my neighbor. That's what I do. conversating always helps.

If you want to play video games, imagine what it feels like to just do what ever you want before doing what you have to do. and before you know it, its bed time and your mom tells you to go to bed, you get a zero for your unfinished home work from yesterday. This is exactly why to relive your self from any minor pressure, you should just do what you have to do and you will be greatly rewarded with plenty of free time to do what ever you want.

My hero is My dad. he is a successful man with a good life and family. I beg for no more than his life. My dad is smart, which is why he teaches me math. I imagine walking in his shoes being like, I'll get this work done quick and have some free time. no wait, i have to file my taxes. and I have to feed the dong, I have to pay the water bill, I have to pay for electricity, I have to eat dinner, I have to clean the house, not enough time. but in the back of his mind, he's slowly thinking of retirement and his grand kids, gown up me, my wife, family, and love.

Stressor 6: Retirement plans

I am worried that I will nor have enough money to be happy wile being retired. I want to start investing, but i am not a feature teller. The last time i invested, it gave me negative $200. this is exactly why I am scared for my retirement. I make bad money choices and i run out if it.

I want to be student council president because that will help my resume for collage. I saw my neighbor be successful by having good leadership skills and I thought that is a great idea but, I am not sure if I have what it takes to become the student council president.

Because right now, I'm finding English very hard and if I don't improve, I will fail the SAT which means I'm a broke homeless looser. In addition to that, I'll fail my family.

Although I have never personally talked to the school counselor, i have heard that he/she can help you with mental health and over all well being.

Stressor 9: The fear of war between north and south korea

Because north and south Korea are under high tensions, I am scared that their will be a war and a lot of my relatives will die from the war.
