It has three bedrooms, one of them, the main one, with bathroom. It also has another common bathroom, and a small room that can be used as a storage room or reading room. 

The kitchen is connected to the living room with a breakfast bar. It also has a terrace that communicates with the living room, with space for a table and chairs. The flat has a total of five large built-in wardrobes. Everything is freshly painted, and the floors are as good as new. It also has a parking space for a large vehicle.

The urbanization has a communal swimming pool and a tennis court. The metro is a five minute walk away and there are numerous bus lines to Plaza de Castilla, Cuatro Caminos and Moncloa. The Health Centre, La Vaguada shopping centre and numerous shops with all kinds of services are also five minutes away.

This house is perfect for a family with three children. It is not suitable for smokers.

The Sanchinarro’s neighbourhood is in the north of the city. It’s a safe and family neighbourhood. The area has excellent means of transportation to move around the city. It also has many supermarkets and excellent parks.

This flat is nice for a family with children and pets because you can walk everywhere.

There is a big fully-equipped kitchen with access to small balcony where it´s perfect for hang up the laundry.
