         <description><![CDATA[<div>I have high anxiety about school. I never feel smart enough and I always worry about how others around me are doing. I feel like they are definitely doing better than me.<br><br>This causes me to just put things off or ignore them. I do this because feeling anxious isn't fun. This damages my leadership skill because I don't things done the way a leader would, or sometimes, at all.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I often underestimate the time it takes to do things. I always tell myself that I can finish something in a day or two. But really, they are usually tasks that take about a week. <br><br>These underestimations mean that I don't leave myself enough time to do something to the best of my abilities. As a leader, you must lead by example, and half-doing things is not a good example.</div>]]></description>
