2. María José Gonzalez WHY: previous experience with working big companies, relevant experience BUT not as much as Qssim, great to see that has volunteering experience
3. Matthew Smith WHY: least experience, only one native language (relevant if dealing with international assignments. However good team work skills based on hobbies.
