As the Ebola virus enters the body, it attacks and kills the red blood cells, preventing the white blood cells from fighting against the Ebola cells and some even self-destruct.The immune system gets immensely affected, causing severe bleeding inside the body and destroying almost every organ. Therefore, the infected person has a critically low chance of survival unless medical attention is given immediately.
