The old broke down beds were never my favorite part, but the same yellow cottage brings back memories. Every summer I look forward to walking to the ocean, the general store with grandpa, swimming in the freezing waters of Lake Michigan, fireworks on the 4th of July, swimming with Willow, jumping of the dock, into the lake. A place where loved ones meet. A place where we smile. A place where we laugh. A place where new memories are made. A place where we dream. A family tradition. Holland Michigan is truly my happy place.

Niagara Falls is a really big waterfall. Where the waterfall leads to is Lake Erie to Lake Ontario. It separates part of Canada and the USA. To pass this by car, you have to take 1 of three bridges:


  1. Rainbow Bridge (I-190)

  2. Lewiston-Queenston Bridge (U.S. Route 104)


I went there when I was 6 years old, during summer break. I couldn't believe I would go back to my home state, New York City.


It is my happy place because just hearing and seeing the waterfall viewing area makes me happy.

Petoskey State Park Beach is one of the best beaches in Menonaqua Beach, spacious and crowded. The water is crystal clear, making this place ideal to enjoy swimming. The beach is very clean. Located just 0.9 km away from the center of the beach. Waves are quite small there to. Petoskey is where Petoskey state park is located. I hope you can visit it to!
