In the story, "On the Devil's Court", The main character is a High School Basketball player who scared to fail and disappoint his parents. In fact, he was so scared to fail that he gave his soul to the devil to insure that he wouldn't fail. So instead of learning with failure, he made a decision that he regret. Therefore, if an individual is scared that it will happen, they will hold themselves back and they will miss out on many opportunities in life. The Michael Jordan picture showed me that even professionals fail, and that the became a professional by learning from failure. The Einstein picture showed me that if you are truly trying to accomplish something, failure will happen, and how an individual responds to that is up to them.
